【カラヤン広場のおいしい休日】
おいしい！がきっかけで、ひろがる会話はたくさんあるはず。
ヨーロッパの日常に根付く「フードマーケット」には、
たくさんの人がおいしいものを求めて集まっています。
しっかり吟味しておいしいものを手に入れられる場所が、
ついに東京のアーク・カラヤン広場に登場します。
食いしん坊を満足させるフードマーケットだけでなく、
シャンパン片手にゆっくりブランチや、キッズも楽しいワークショップ、
シェフ直伝の料理教室など。
カラヤン広場の休日が、とってもおいしく、とっても楽しくなります。

＜開催概要＞
産地直送の旬の野菜や果物の販売のほか、
焼きたてパン、ワインやチーズ、加工品など、
とっておきの食材が並びます。
またヒルズに店を構えるシェフたち厳選の食材や、
マルシェに並ぶ食材を利用したメニュー提供や料理教室など、
楽しい週末を提案するマルシェです。
週がわりのスペシャルブース、四季の花々の販売、
マルシェ限定のブランチメニューにも注目です。
